Order Processing & Changes
Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations can be tricky due to our fast processing times. If you need to make a change, please email us at maincharacterenergywellness@gmail.com with your order details as soon as possible.
- We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are not guaranteed once your order is in processing.
- During busy times, we may not be able to modify or cancel orders, so please double-check your information before placing your order.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered the wrong shipping address:
- Before Shipment: Email us ASAP at maincharacterenergywellness@gmail.com—we will try to update it, but we cannot guarantee changes.
- After Shipment: If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee to resend it to the correct address.
📌 Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: $5.90 (Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days after shipping)
- Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping (5–8 business days)
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays (e.g., USPS).
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, Main Character Energy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue:
- Check with neighbors or household members.
- Contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
- File a claim with the carrier if necessary.
We are committed to working closely with our shipping partners to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please email us at maincharacterenergywellness@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will assist in resolving the issue promptly.
