At Main Character Energy, we want you to love your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at maincharacterenergywellness@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it, and our team will work with you to resolve the problem.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
 Unopened & Unused: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products.
 In Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
 Within 7 Days: Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

📌 Final Sale Items: Certain products, including hair and skincare items, may be final sale and not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please email us at maincharacterenergywellness@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

We will review the issue and work to provide a replacement where applicable.

Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
